By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.

2.1 Account Information
Name, email address, username, password, profile details, and other information you provide when creating or maintaining an account.
2.2 Calendar Data
Public and private calendar entries, including availability, event titles, and associated metadata.
2.3 Chat and Messaging Data
We generally do not collect the content of private or group chats, except in the following circumstances:
- Compliance with valid legal process, subpoenas, or court orders;
- Investigation of suspected violations of these Terms or community guidelines;

2.4 Usage and Device Data

2.5 Payment and Billing Data
Payment information submitted via third-party payment processors for premium or paid Services. This may include credit/debit card information or ACH banking details in cases of enterprise or large clients. The Company does not directly store full card or bank account numbers.
2.6 Advertising Data
Data collected to deliver personalized advertising, including but not limited to calendar activity, usage patterns, profile information, and device identifiers.
2.7 AI Training Data
Information, including anonymized or aggregated user content and usage metrics, may be used to train, develop, and improve AI models or machine learning systems utilized by the Platform.

- To operate, maintain, and provide the Platform and Services;

Users who do not agree to any modifications may request to download their data and terminate their account, thereby opting out of future terms.
